职位描述：

职责：

1. Microswitch product in process quality (IPQ) improvement

2.Manufacturing processes optimize with 4M1E, new process introduction.

3.Work out working instruction to control the process and train DVC.

职位要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering relevant.

2.Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC. Can use 6 sigmas solve problem.

3.Basic on written & reading in English, good on oral English is a plus.

4.Familiar with SWI working theory, or manufacture process.

5.At least 3 years PE working experiences.
